Experienced Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team on an independent contractor basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with flexible hours and competitive compensation.

Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate law.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
English proficiency (preferred).
Experience in international law or the ability to research international law effectively (strongly preferred).
Federal government experience (strongly preferred).

Remote position – work from anywhere.
