Looking for Django Software Engineer - $771.35

Iskra is a platform that removes the boring work in ML flows: dealing with infrastructure, having to create APIs for models… and much more.

We are hiring a code to join us in the current early stage and support our CTO to build and maintain the platform. The technical challenge is extremely high — we will be working with cutting edge concepts and technologies: building auto-scalable infrastructure, applying the latest deep learning techniques, working with huge amounts of data and including government grade security to the mix. We are a small, early stage funded company, so often you will be able to choose which topics you will work with.

## About the job

- Your day to day duties will be architecting, implementing, documenting and maintaining features of our platform.
- You will be responsible to bring the best practices to the team.
- Having a good sense of what *nice* product is is a plus.

## About you

We are looking for someone that:

- Know the in and outs of Django and Python 3.
- Have good understanding of fundamental concepts of cloud computing.
- Are familiar with the concept of Machine Learning. Prior experience with Deep Learning is a plus, but not a must.
- Understands and know how to design REST APIs.
- Fundamental HTML, CSS and some basic knowledge of JavaScript is enough.
- Are able to work remotely and manage your time.
- You bring ideas to the table and collaborate in the development process.
- You have excellent communication skills and speak fluent English.

## Pay and benefits

- Flexible schedule, we work based on results.
- Full-time employment for the next six months, with the possibility of working together further if all goes well, also the possibility of coming to Berlin, Germany and join our team on site. Our CTO is Cuban — he has gone through the full experience of having a remote job from Cuba, moving to Germany, etc., so we know what we are doing ;)
- 700€/month salary (for these 6 months; if things go right, there should be more money coming)
